Payment: Due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
Cancellation/Change of Mind: Allowed within 24 hours of receiving signed form. After this 24-hour period, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied once the invoice is issued
BBI shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations if such failure or delay is due to an event beyond the reasonable control of the affected, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, fire, or strikes. BBI will promptly notify in writing of the event and use all reasonable endeavors tomitigate the effect o the event on the performance of its obligations.
Confidentiality: All BBI materials, participant names, and event details are confidential.
Intellectual property rights in BBI materials are reserved; unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.
Data Protection: Client consents to BBI using client data to share relevant trainin course information. To opt out, contact BBI.
Event Changes: BBI may alter event dates, content, or merge events without penalty.
No refunds or alternative offers apply. If an event is permanently canceled (not postponed or merged), clients receive a credit note, valid for 6 months for another BB event. No refunds apply.
