A practitioner certificate that builds AI capability across the full engagement lifecycle — from risk assessment and full-population testing to reporting and AI governance assurance.
Artificial intelligence has moved from pilot to practice inside the audit function. Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems now shape how engagements are scoped, how evidence is tested, and how findings reach the audit committee. The IIA's AI Auditing Framework has set the expectation. The question is no longer whether internal audit adopts AI, but whether it does so responsibly.
For most functions, the gap is practical. Auditors know AI matters but lack a tested method for applying it across the engagement lifecycle without compromising independence, confidentiality, or professional skepticism. That gap carries real exposure, both in audit quality and in the function's credibility with the board.
CAIDIA closes that gap. Across two days, it builds AI capability through the full lifecycle. You leave with working methods for AI-assisted risk assessment, full-population testing, and audit reporting, plus 20 CPE points and a certificate that positions you as the auditor your committee trusts in the AI era.
